Lesson fees

All of my lesson fees and workshops are charged at Musician Union rates, of which I am a member.

Piano and singing lessons are charged at Musician Union rates - £44 an hour. Lessons are 20 or 30 minutes in the schools where I teach, but I can offer longer lessons out of school.

Workshop fees are £285 per day - this can be reduced depending on workshop length and number of participants.

Accompanist rates for exams are as follows

Grades 1-5 - £54.10

Grades 6-7 - £81.15

Grade 8 - £108.20

Fees for lessons are payable per term, in advance. There are ten lessons a term.

If students are learning in school and are in receipt of Pupil Premium and would like this put towards music lessons, please have a chat with the school and let me know.

Notice period - Six weeks notice is required to cancel lessons.

Cancelling a lesson - If you need to cancel a lesson, please advise me as early as possible and I will try and rearrange this. If you cancel a lesson on the day, you will be charged for the full cost of the lesson. If I need to cancel a lesson, for instance due to illness, you will not be charged for this lesson. I will rearrange the lesson.
