I run a wide variety of music ensembles from student rock groups to jazz ensembles. I lead with an inclusive approach, helping students and adults to feel confident in their abilities within a group.

I write and deliver workshops that supports school learning and adds to student’s educational experience. I have delivered everything from Shakespeare workshops, to modern theatre and pantomime. I also write workshops supporting the national curriculum for schools.

Learning together in small groups can often be extremely beneficial. Courses I run include “Understanding choir music for a non-music reader,” “Getting the basic in blues,” “Improvisation skills,” and “Grade 5 Music Theory.” If there is a subject you would like covered for your music group, then just let me know.

I have 20 years experience running all-ability choirs both in and out of schools. I also arrange music for choirs, creating custom arrangements that sound beautiful.

I run composition and songwriting workshops for all ages, helping to spark creativity and inspire new musical ideas. New songwriting courses running in July and August 2026 - more info to come.

Bringing people together for musical evening can be a great way of fundraising. My previous fundraisers include live music quizzes, piano karaoke and even sing-along nights. If there is something you have I mind to raise funds for a charity or community project, please do get in touch.
